Healthy Veg Burger Recipe

Boiled potatoes (3–4 medium-sized)
Mixed vegetables (like carrots, peas, corn, and beans – 1 cup boiled and mashed)

Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
Cornflour (2–3 tablespoons for binding)
Spices:
Salt (to taste)
Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Garam masala (1/2 tsp)
Cumin powder (1/2 tsp)
Chaat masala (optional, 1/2 tsp)

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
Oil (for shallow frying)
For the Assembly:
Burger buns (4–6)
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Onion slices
Cucumber slices (optional)
Cheese slices (optional)
For the Sauce/Spread:
Mayonnaise
Tomato ketchup
Optional: Mint chutney or mustard sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Patty:
Mash boiled potatoes and mixed vegetables.
Add breadcrumbs, cornflour, spices, and coriander leaves.
Mix well and shape into round patties.
Shallow fry or air fry until golden and crisp.
Toast the Buns:
Lightly butter the burger buns and toast them on a hot pan.
Assemble the Burger:
Spread mayonnaise or your preferred sauce on the bun halves.
Place a lettuce leaf, followed by the veggie patty.
Add a slice of cheese, tomato, onion, and cucumber.
Top with more sauce and cover with the other half of the bun.

Serve:
Serve hot with fries, chips, or a salad.
